2200 hp/kw HDD Mud Pump HDD Mud Recycling System / Oilfield Mud Pump / Cementing Pump
QZNB-2200 mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump, driven by diesel engine, equipped with manual gearshift transmission and wireless remote control. It is mainly used for matching with more than 200 tons trenchless drill, and can also be used for other purposes such as grouting, mine drainage and long-distance water delivery. The pump has eight kinds of flow rate and eight kinds of pressure, the flow rate and pressure variation range is large, can be suitable for different aperture drilling and drag back.
Manufacturing, the casing is welded with high strength steel plate, the connecting rod crosshead is welded with rolling bearing, which improves the service life than the bearing bush type design. The cylinder liner is made of bimetallic structure, and the inner sleeve is made of high silicon and high chromium alloy. The hardness reaches HRC62° or above, which improves the service life of parts and reduces the loss of parts and so on.
