Product Description
F-500 Triplex Mud Pump
The F-500 mud pump is a compact, high-performance triplex pump tailored for oilfield high-pressure and large-displacement drilling demands. It suits conventional drilling and workover operations with stable and efficient working performance.
Adopting an extended stroke design, the pump runs efficiently at lower stroke rates. This optimizes fluid supply performance and significantly reduces wear on liners, pistons and other fluid-end consumables, extending component service life.
The matched suction pulsation dampener stabilizes suction pressure fluctuations, ensures consistent mud intake, and maximizes the pump’s overall suction efficiency under various working conditions.
The power end adopts combined forced and splash lubrication. Full coverage lubrication for gears and bearings effectively reduces abrasion, stabilizes long-term operation and improves the overall durability of the power end system.
