The XWQJ series desilter serves as critical third-stage solids control equipment for drilling fluid processing in oil and gas drilling systems. Primarily designed to further treat underflow discharged from drilling desanders, this upgraded desilter delivers significantly enhanced solids removal performance.
Compared with conventional desilter models, the XWQJ series improves overall solids handling capacity by 30% to 50%, effectively accelerating drilling progress while cutting down comprehensive operational costs.
Operating Principle
Working on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation, the XWQJ drilling fluid desilter generates powerful centrifugal acceleration to separate fine suspended solids from circulating mud. It is professionally configured to eliminate harmful fine particles ranging from 20μm to 40μm, ensuring purified drilling fluid quality and stabilizing overall solids control system operation throughout onshore and offshore drilling processes.
Available Configurations
Our available standard configurations cover three mainstream models: XWQJ100×12, XWQJ100×14, and XWQJ100×16. To accommodate diverse field working conditions and customer project demands, we support customized swirler quantity adjustment, including increasing or reducing the number of swirlers for tailored solids control solutions.
